Troubleshooting
When I turn ON the Spa, WIS IN LINE does not start, the LED does not flash
- Ensure that the power cable is securely plugged in
- Ensure that the Spa main power supply is turned on
- Contact our assistance team
I cannot connect in Bluetooth
- Is the device powered?
Ensure power cable is securely plugged in
Ensure Spa main power supply is turned on - Is the phone close enough to the unit?
The bluetooth signal can be weakened by the obstacles located between the 2 objects to connect.
Get as close as possible to the control box of your WIS IN LINE. Ideally less than 5meters. - Ensure the unit is not already connected to another phone
- If you still cannot connect to the Bluetooth, please contact our assistance team
I cannot proceed with the Wifi configuration
- Is the Bluetooth connection established? When the Bluetooth connection is established the icon on the top of the screen should be all blue
