I do not get any recommendations …

1. About recommandations

  • You only receive recommendations when your water needs chemical treatment.
  • Recommendations are not sent on a regular basis.
  • If you receive few or no recommendations it does not necessarily indicate a problem with your ICO, but a water that remains healthy and clear.

2. Verify that the recommendations are normal


When your water is healthy and clear you do not receive any water care recommendations. However, you will receive this message every week:

It’s time for the weekly maintenance

The weekly maintenance consists in emptying and cleaning the skimmer basket and the cleaning robot: remove the leaves, anything that could interfere with the good circulation of the water.
