I do not get any recommendations …

First of all no recommendations does not necessarily mean that there is a problem with your ICO .

If everything is ok with your pool you will not receive recommendations because there is no treatment needed. However, you should still receive the following message, every week :

 

It’s time for the weekly maintenance

The weekly maintenance consists in emptying and cleaning the skimmer basket and the cleaning robot: remove the leaves, anything that could interfere with the good circulation of the water.

 

If you do not receive this message every week contact our Customer Service team either by chat* or by filling in the following form.
