You have a user account on the ICO application (My account section) and would like to change your e-mail address? There are 2 possible solutions: the first involves contacting our Support department, the second is a little more tedious.
1st solution: contact our Support department, without creating a new account
The first solution is to contact our Support department using the web form and specify the old e-mail address and the new e-mail address. Our team will then modify the e-mail in the database and confirm it with you. You will then be able to connect to the ICO application using the new e-mail address.
2nd solution: create a new account, then contact Support
Before creating the new account, it is necessary to log out of the current account.
Log out of your current account
Make a note of the information you will find on the ICO application and which will be requested by our Support Department.
- the name of your pool or spa
- the e-mail address used on this account
- your ICO's UUID (in Settings / My ICO)
Open your ICO application. Then click on the my account at the bottom right

At the bottom of the page, click on Logout.

Create your new account
Now create a new account by entering your first and last name, your new e-mail address and choose a password.


Contact the helpdesk
Contact our support service to declare the creation of a new account. You must provide the following information: UUID of your ICO (see section parameters, My ICO), the name of your pool or spa in the application and your old email address (that of the first account created).
Our support service will then link your new account to that of your pool or spa and to your ICO. Your measurement history will then be accessible in your new account.
