What are the different delivery methods available?

Ondilo offers you a choice of three different carriers for delivery:

• Mondial Relay :
  • In France: ideal for delivery to a point relais or Locker.
  • In other countries of the European Union, at a relay point or at home.

• Colissimo: A practical solution for home delivery in France and abroad.  

• Chronopost: For express and/or home delivery within 48 hours. (only in France).

What are the delivery charges?

If you choose Mondial Relay, Ondilo offers free delivery in France and Germany for all ICO Pool and ICO Spa orders.

When you have added items to your basket, the shipping costs for your order will be calculated after you have selected your country, city and postcode.
