To guarantee automatic measurements, you need to ensure that your ICO Pool is connected to your home's Wi-Fi network and placed in the water in your pool.
With its probes, ICO Pool measures pH, disinfection (ORP or Redox), water temperature, mineral salt level or TDS for salt versions every hour. Graphs and measurement data are available on the application.
ICO Pool uses algorithms to analyse your pool's water parameters and provides personalised recommendations on the app to maintain its balance. These recommendations include pH, disinfectant and alkalinity adjustments to ensure healthy water, as well as advice on preventing algae and bacteria. ICO Pool also helps you optimise filtration time according to temperature and conditions of use, and sends alerts in the event of weather changes, so you can make adjustments quickly. The ICO application lets you use a range of functions, including the water index (a bathing index for water quality that's easy to understand thanks to its colour coding), measurement graphs, personalised recommendations, and the sharing function, which lets you send water quality information and ICO recommendations to other people, such as relatives or a maintenance professional. So you can easily delegate the maintenance of your spa when you're away, or quickly consult an expert by sharing the application's readings and recommendations.
The sensors in your ICO Pool are immersed at the ideal depth in the water. Every hour, the device takes measurements of the water in your pool. By accumulating several analyses, ICO Pool can make a precise diagnosis of water quality and provide appropriate recommendations. What's more, ICO Pool offers greater accuracy than test strips, which are often limited by their immediacy and susceptibility to human error.
