Guarantees for ICO products
When you buy an ICO, as a consumer you benefit from two distinct types of guarantee:
- The legal guarantee of conformity, applicable when you purchase your product from a professional seller.
- The Ondilo manufacturer's warranty, which covers your ICO according to the specific conditions defined by Ondilo.
Legal guarantee of conformity
The legal guarantee of conformity described in European directive 2019/771 only applies if a private individual buys the product from a professional seller (Ondilo or an approved reseller).
- If you purchase your ICO directly from ondilo.com, Ondilo is responsible for this guarantee.
- If you purchase your ICO from an authorised reseller, it is this reseller who is responsible for applying the legal guarantee of conformity.
This guarantee covers defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery of the product and enables the consumer to obtain repair or replacement.
In Europe, the legal period of conformity is 2 years from the date of purchase.
Ondilo manufacturer's guarantee
In addition to the legal guarantee of conformity, Ondilo offers a manufacturer's guarantee which covers certain manufacturing defects and malfunctions for a specified period. This warranty is valid whether you purchased your product directly from Ondilo or from an authorised dealer.
It is subject to specific conditions, particularly with regard to the use of the product and exclusions from the guarantee (damage, misuse, etc.).

What should I do if I have a problem with my ICO?
If you have purchased your product from ondilo.com and you notice a problem, please contact our customer service department, providing proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
If you bought your ICO from a retailer, contact them first to make use of the legal guarantee of conformity.
In all cases, for claims under the manufacturer's warranty, you can contact Ondilo by providing your purchase invoice and a description of the problem.
