ICO battery no longer charges

1. Check the battery level



     In your application the battery level is indicated by a icon.


 2. Charge the battery 



To recharge the battery, plug in your device for 12 hours.


The battery is not fully charged (90% or more)?

Check the connectivity:

    • Electrical outlet (test connecting another device to the outlet and check the battery level)
    • Ondilo charger (if possible try to charge another device than ICO with this charger)

If the connector (electrical outlet AND charger) work with other devices, please contact customer support.

If you find that the Ondilo charger does not work when connecting other devices, please contact customer support.
