Problem with pH level too low (pH < 6)

Sometimes, your ICO can provide inaccurate pH readings which are too low (pH less than 6). In this case you will need to check if the pH sensor is faulty. To do this: 
Step 1 Take your ICO out of the water and remove the blue hood from the bottom (Turn it left and pull)
  Step 2 Inspect the pH sensor (blue) to see if it is faulty

Step 3 If your sensor is faulty contact us here to recieve a new one. Or If your sensor is not faulty then clean it with a dry cloth, replace the blue hood and put your ICO back in the water
