The readings do not appear on the app

If your ICO is in the water and is able to send readings to our server but the data is not displayed on the app, do the following to empty the caches.

STEP 1 - REBOOT YOUR ICO

Attention: for this action you must be close to your ICO (around 2 metres maximum) 

  1. Open the ICO app
  2. Go onto the My ICO screen
  3. Click on reboot ICO
  4. Wait a few moments
  • A tick indicates that your ICO has rebooted
  • A cross indicates that the reboot has failed ; try again or try manually
  1. Take your ICO out of the water and dry it properly
  2. Remove the cover
  3. Press and hold the button down (5-6 seconds) : the light will flash yellow once
  4. Press and hold the button down (5-10 seconds) : the light will flash green three times
  5. Replace the cover
  6. Put your ICO back in the water

STEP 2 - REBOOT YOUR APP - LOGOUT/LOGIN
  1. Open the ICO app
  2. Click on settings (bottom right)
  3. Click on Log out
  4. Close the app
  5. Re-open the app
  6. Enter in your details and click on Log in
STEP 3 - TEST THE CONNECTION
    1. Open the app
    2. Click on settings
    3. Click on My ICO
    4. Click on Test the Connection
