Impossible to login to the application

STEP 1 - Check the internet connection of your mobile
If your mobile does not have internet access (3G/4G or Wi-Fi), you will not be able to access the application. You will remain stuck at the login screen.

To check whether you have internet access, try to download a website using your web browser of choice. If the internet connection is functional, pass to step 2.

STEP 2 - Check your login details
Make sure that you are using the right username and password.

If you have forgotten or lost your password find the steps to reset it here.

STEP 3 - Empty the caches (Android only)
If during the connection phase, the message ‘Connection in progress’ remains displayed with no other action available, this could potentially be because some of the data has not been saved correctly by the application.
