I do not receive any notifications …

If you do not receive notifications that can be because : 

Notifications are not activated on the app

In the Settings section of your app you can activate/deactivate your ICO’s notifications


Notifications are not activated on your phone

In the settings of your phone you can activate/deactivate the notifications for your ICO app


You have already carried out the suggested treatment, before the date predicted by your ICO.

Our servers try and predict the actions which will be necessary in the future for the treatment of your pool. As a result of this prediction the recommendations appear in the app before the predicted date for the treatment. If you have seen this recommendation and have carried it out and validated it on your app, you will not receive a notification.

If, on the other hand, you have not validated the action you will receive the notification on the predicted date.
