I do not receive any notifications …

If you do not receive notifications that can be because : 

Notifications are not activated on the app

In the Settings section of your app you can activate/deactivate your ICO’s notifications. 

We strongly recommend activating your ICO application’s notifications to receive real-time information about your pool or spa and your ICO: a new recommendation to treat your water, firmware update, etc. 

 

 

Notifications are not activated on your phone

In the settings of your phone you can activate/deactivate the notifications for your ICO app

 

You have already carried out the suggested treatment, before the date predicted by your ICO.
