ICO no longer finds the Wi-Fi network

Occasionally you might encounter an issue where your ICO can no longer connect to your Wi-Fi network. This could indicate that there is an issue with the Wi-Fi settings of your ICO. To resolve this follow the instructions below.

STEP 1 : REBOOT ICO

Manually :

  1. Take your ICO out of the water and dry it properly
  2. Open the cover using the tool provided in the box
  3. Press and hold the button (5-6s) to turn the ICO off. The light will flash yellow once.
  4. Press and hold the button (5-10s) to switch the ICO on. The light will flash green three times.
  5. Put the cover back on

Via the application :

  1. Make sure your are close to your ICO with your mobile for an active Bluetooth connection (2 meters maximum)
  2. Open the app and click on the ICO in the middle of the dashboard
  3. Click on Reboot ICO and wait a few seconds
    • A tick indicates that your ICO has rebooted
    • A cross indicates that the action has failed; try again or try manually.
STEP 2 : RESET ICO
  1. Make sure your are close to your ICO with your mobile for an active Bluetooth connection (2 meters maximum)
  2. Open the app and click on the ICO in the middle of the dashboard
  3. Click on Reset ICO and wait for a few seconds. 
  4. Reconfigure your Wi-Fi connection clicking on My ICO and then on Wi-Fi
